The Role:

We seek an experienced, dynamic Corporate & Commercial Solicitor for the firm's growing Norwich office. You will work on a diverse caseload that includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, business start-ups, asset acquisitions and disposals, shareholder protection, private equity investments, corporate financing, joint ventures, and fundraising.

You'll be working with a range of mid-sized to multinational organisations and will play a key role in cross-referrals across the firm's other departments. The variety of transactions ensures a stimulating and challenging workload, with clients ranging from family-owned businesses to large corporations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a varied caseload of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, restructuring, and business start-ups.
• Provide commercially astute advice to a diverse client base.
• Assist in the growth and development of the Corporate Commercial department.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contributing to the firm's continued success.
