Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join a leading regional law firm in Middlesbrough. This role offers an exciting opportunity to handle a diverse caseload including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, commercial agreements, and other corporate transactions.

Responsibilities include managing your own caseload, assisting senior solicitors with complex transactions, and actively participating in business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and work well within a team environment.
