Location:

Cheltenham / Hybrid

Salary:

£67,000 - £80,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities:

1. Advise on a broad caseload including Mergers and Acquisitions, Investment and Shareholder Agreements, Joint Ventures, Corporate Reorganizations, LLPs, Partnerships, and Commercial Contracts.

Skills Required:

• Solid experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Excellent legal acumen and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and governance.
• Expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Proactive approach to business development and team support.
• Knowledge of articles of association, LLPs, and partnership structures.
