The successful candidate will have grounding in corporate and commercial law and the confidence to manage their own matters while collaborating on larger transactions.

Qualifications

• Sound technical knowledge of corporate and commercial law
• Strong client management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on complex transactions
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to explain legal options in an accessible, commercially focused way
• Personable approach and interest in developing a network of professional referrers

Responsibilities

• Work across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including acquisitions, reorganisations, and consultancy agreements
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development
• Manage transactions efficiently and advise on clients’ commercial objectives
