You will handle shareholder agreements, articles, commercial contracts, and complex acquisitions while also providing pragmatic, business-focussed advice. The role is full-time with flexible hours and a Cheltenham base.

Qualifications

• Role requires versatility across corporate, commercial and employment law.
• Experience working with owner-managed SMEs and multi-party contracts is helpful.
• Strong attitude and approach to using the law to achieve client goals.

Responsibilities

• Draft shareholder agreements and articles for newly formed companies.
• Negotiate multi-million-pound corporate acquisitions and disposals.
• Advise on day-to-day contracts, terms of business, and supplier agreements.
• Manage phone, diaries and internal coordination within the team.
