Role Overview: Corporate Claims Coordinator

Our Corporate Risk Department seeks a Claims Coordinator to manage Workers' Compensation, Auto, General Liability, and Property claims. Responsibilities include reporting claims, maintaining data, and supporting the department to streamline processes and assist employees.

Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate with insurance adjusters, management, customers, and claimants to resolve claims across assigned territories.
  2. Report and track Workers' Compensation, Auto, GL, and Property claims.
  3. Manage light-duty return-to-work programs.
  4. Assist in developing training materials based on injury trends.
  5. Help prepare policies and procedures related to claims.
  6. Work effectively in time-sensitive situations.
Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of computer experience.
  • Experience creating and delivering training programs (preferred).
  • Stakeholder engagement experience with internal and external professionals.
