Corporate Business Development Manager - Total Waste Management Solutions
Location: National

The Role:
The successful Corporate Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a pipeline of new business opportunities worth millions of pounds with national multisite organisations within the public and private sectors such as education, hospitals, hotel chains, and retail, to deliver profitable revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing daily activities, journey planning, proactively setting up meetings, and driving sales with high customer service levels.

Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively seek new business nationally to meet targets
* Achieve and exceed quarterly/annual new business targets
* Report calls, leads, quotes, and contract activity in CRM
* Produce and present weekly, monthly, quarterly performance reports
* Liaise with internal stakeholders like Depot Managers and Operations team to implement sales initiatives
* Be the primary interface for target customers
* Present to board level
* Collaborate with tenders and bids team for tender submissions
* Handle sales prospecting and pricing negotiations

About the Company:

* Corporate sales experience selling high-value, complex services
* Preferably with a background in waste or FM
* Experience selling at head office level to decision-makers
* Sold £500,000 to over £1 million orders
* Skilled in consultative sales, bid writing, and tender processes
* Proven new business sales record

Benefits:
* £50,000-£60,000 Basic Salary
* OTE £75,000-£85,000 Uncapped Commission
