Connect Legal Partners in the south of England seeks an experienced corporate lawyer to handle mergers and acquisitions, restructures, joint ventures and shareholder agreements for owner-managed and growing businesses.

You will run your own files, build client relationships and contribute to business development, supported by ongoing training and a clear route to progression in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years PQE in corporate law.
• Strong academic record.
• Good client skills and ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
