A leading global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Corporate Actions Manager to join its Enterprise Custody Services Operations team in Manchester.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced operations leader to play a key role in driving operational excellence, enhancing client service delivery, and leading high-performing teams within a fast-paced corporate actions environment.

The Role

As Corporate Actions Manager, you will lead and oversee corporate actions operations, ensuring service delivery meets the highest standards while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational integrity.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and key clients to deliver innovative solutions, improve processes, and support a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
