Management Accountant London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

These include HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Legal and Commercial, Estates and Facilities, Core Technology, Corporate Security, IT, and Fleet. This role involves collaborating within a fast-paced technology organization, working closely with business and senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts. It is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and transparent reporting and analysis of financial results to support effective decision-making. The role also includes providing clear analysis of actual and forecasted results for assigned projects and assisting senior finance leaders in driving actions to meet financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with the senior finance team to provide clear analysis to enable effective decision-making.
  • Assist in developing forecasts, measuring, and reporting on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
  • Prepare historic analysis by project, including month-end results, KPIs, and comparisons of actuals to forecasts/budgets.
  • Manage 2 direct reports.
  • Ensure area reviews for projects, working with operations to ensure contracts are reported accurately, scrutinize financial results, and challenge the business.

Who you are:

This role suits a detail-conscious, organized, customer-focused individual.

Key Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified
  • Experience in a business-facing finance role
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems
