Management Accountant London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

This role collaborates within a fast-paced technology organization, working closely with business and senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts. It is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting and interpretation to support decision-making. The role also involves analyzing actual and forecasted results for projects and assisting senior finance leaders in driving actions to meet financial targets. This role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with the senior finance team to provide clear analysis to enable effective decision-making.
• Assist in developing forecasts, measuring, and reporting progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Prepare accurate historic analyses by project, including month-end results, KPIs, and comparisons to forecasts/budgets.
• Manage two direct reports.
• Ensure area reviews for projects, working with operations to report contracts accurately, scrutinize financial results, and challenge the business.

Who you are:

Key Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified
• Previous experience in a business-facing finance role
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems
