Job Description:

This role involves working closely with senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts, deliver accurate reporting, and analyze financial results to support decision-making. You will also assist senior finance leaders in driving actions to meet financial targets and manage two direct reports.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the senior finance team to provide analysis for effective decision-making.
• Develop and report on financial forecasts and progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
• Prepare historical analysis, including month-end results and KPIs.
• Manage two direct reports.
• Conduct area reviews for projects, work with operations to ensure accurate contract reporting, and scrutinize financial results.

Candidate Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part qualified.
• Experience in a business-facing finance role.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP.
