Management Accountant London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Collaborating within a fast-paced technology organization, this role works closely with the business and senior finance stakeholders to support the development of financial forecasts. It is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and transparent reporting and interpretation of financial results to support effective decision-making. The role also involves providing clear and concise analysis of actual and forecasted results for projects, while assisting senior finance leaders in driving actions to meet financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with the senior finance team to provide clear analysis to enable effective business decisions.
  • Assist in developing forecasts, measuring, and reporting on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
  • Prepare accurate historic analysis by project, including month-end results, KPIs, and comparisons of actuals to forecasts/budgets.
  • Manage 2 direct reports.
  • Conduct area reviews for projects, working with operations to ensure accurate contract reporting, scrutinize financial results, and challenge the business.

Who you are:

A detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused individual.

Key Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified
  • Experience in a business-facing finance role
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems
