Management Accountant London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

Our Business Support teams deliver vital services to ensure the success of our business divisions. This role collaborates within a fast-paced technology organization, working closely with business and senior finance stakeholders to develop financial forecasts. It is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making. The role also involves providing clear insights into actual and forecasted results for projects and assisting senior finance leaders in driving actions to meet financial targets. This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with the senior finance team to provide analysis enabling effective business decisions.
  • Assist in developing forecasts, and measure & report on progress across cash, P&L, and balance sheet.
  • Prepare historic analysis by project, including month-end results, KPIs, and comparisons of actuals to forecasts/budgets.
  • Manage 2 direct reports.
  • Conduct area reviews for projects, working with operations to ensure accurate contract reporting, scrutinize financial results, and challenge the business.

Who you are:

A detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused individual.

Key Requirements:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified.
  • Experience in a business-facing finance role.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other large ERP systems.
