Overview
Our customers need first class support, which is why we hire top talent to handle their accounts. We’re looking for a client-focused Corporate Account Handler to join us. Working alongside experienced Account Executives, you will provide superb and varied services to our customers. The main goal of your role is to maximize account retention and growth through account management, broking, and technical support. We aim to foster customer loyalty through excellent service.
Responsibilities include:
- Create documents for new customers regarding insurance requirements.
- Obtain renewal terms and research suitable alternatives to prepare presentations for face-to-face meetings.
- Coordinate renewal quotes and mid-term adjustments for existing customers.
- Accurately record customer details and ensure timely data entry.
- Manage insurer queries related to customer policies.
- Confirm cover, process policies, and follow up on outstanding documentation.
- Secure and review policy documentation from insurers before approval and release.
- Handle account queries and credit control issues promptly.
- Understand and apply legal and regulatory policies related to insurance contracts.
About You:
- Experience with large commercial or corporate clients, UK and international, is desirable.
- Technical knowledge of Property, Casualty, Motor, Financial Lines, and Cyber insurances.
- Working towards or holding Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications (Cert CII/Dip CII/ACII) is preferred.
- Proven ability to meet targets within regulated frameworks and SLAs.
- Risk-aware handling of customer information, with the ability to recognize potential risks.
- Strong rapport-building and customer service skills with excellent communication and social skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in assisting team members.
- Experience with Acturis platform and proficiency in MS Office.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
