Job summary

How you'll make an impact

Account management is your primary responsibility. You will have retention goals and be responsible for the day-to-day account management of routine/moderately complex client accounts. Manage an assigned book of business, build, expand, and solidify relationships with existing clients. Lead appropriate resources to address clients' risk and capital management needs. Secure existing business and drive sales of additional services and coverage levels. Cultivate relationships with the most senior buyers in client organizations, as well as with day-to-day client representatives. May coordinate work of administrative support and customer service. May support an Account Executive and/or Broker Producer.

About you

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client coordination and/or claims management experience, OR a High School diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • License required.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.

  • Ability to quickly determine critical issues.
