Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in CAMHS leadership and team management.
• Ability to manage referrals, assessments and interventions within professional competence.
• Experience in safeguarding, risk assessment and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support day‑to‑day delivery of Core CAMHS services.
• Manage referrals and requests for intervention; undertake assessments, formulation and therapeutic interventions.
• Provide clinical supervision, consultation and guidance to clinicians and promote multidisciplinary working.
• Support staff wellbeing, workload management, sickness absence, annual leave and development.
