Emagine Consulting is seeking an experienced Test Lead to guide the testing strategy for a Core Banking Transformation Programme, focusing on AI-driven modernization while preserving legacy functionality.

You will conduct readiness assessments, review system capabilities, data flows and dependencies, define the testing framework and deliverables, and lead regression testing to ensure the legacy function remains intact.

Formación

• Extensive experience as a Test Lead in core banking or large-scale Legacy modernization.
• Proven regression testing expertise.
• Strong background in test strategy development.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct an initial test readiness assessment to establish the current state.
• Review and document existing system capabilities, data flows, interfaces and dependencies.
• Define the overall testing strategy, frameworks and required test deliverables.
• Establish how the new Java/cloud platform will be tested against existing Mainframe functionality.
• Lead a significant regression testing effort to ensure existing functionality is preserved.
