Job summary

Recognise Bank is hiring to own the configuration, optimisation, and ongoing development of our core banking platform (Mambu). You’ll ensure lending products, accounting processes, and workflows are aligned with regulatory requirements and evolving platform capabilities.

You will lead integrations, advise stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement while supporting new product development and platform governance, including Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience administering, configuring, supporting, or optimising a core banking platform.
• Experience configuring financial products, accounting rules, or system workflows.
• Experience working with accounting structures, reconciliations, ledger mappings and financial controls.
• Experience supporting platform integrations with internal or third-party systems.
• Knowledge of core banking platform configuration, lending products, and servicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, administration, and optimisation of the core banking platform.
• Lead the review and remediation of platform configurations, product setups, and processes.
• Deliver configuration and launch of new lending products and enhancements.
• Manage product parameters including interest calculations, fees, and schedules.
• Own platform accounting configurations and reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve platform, product, or operational issues.
• Define and improve processes, controls, and procedures.
• Advise stakeholders on platform capabilities and best practices.
• Monitor releases and assess new features for value.
