Job Description:

This is a great opportunity for a Copywriter & Content Creator to join a Design Agency based in Maidenhead. You will work across the entire portfolio of existing accounts, providing clients with consultancy and business storytelling on projects at a macro and micro level. This will cover a range of content-related tasks including customer presentations, executive summaries, pitches, scripts, infographics, web copy, email campaigns, training content, GTM assets and internal communications. The ideal person may also be required to support on internal agency content from social posts to case study writing.

After completing probation, they currently have the option of working 2 set days a week from home

Duties Include

• Understand client communication objectives, clarify briefs, and become an expert in the client’s business to effectively communicate.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, collaborating closely to meet objectives.
• Manage expectations regarding timelines and deliverables, ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality.
• Participate in meetings and workshops to gather insights.
• Create and edit diverse content types, including presentations, scripts, web copy, and email campaigns.
• Develop positioning statements that reflect the client’s business and resonate with the target audience.
• Transform complex information into clear, engaging stories.
• Proofread content for grammatical accuracy, brand tone, and consistency.

Skills and Experience Required

· Degree-level qualification – English, Psychology, Journalism, or Marketing preferred.

· 2 to 4 years’ experience in a Design, Communications, Marketing, or PR agency.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint and Word.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Collaborative attitude, open to feedback, and constructive in input.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in spelling, grammar, and content.

· Excellent organizational skills and time management.

· Problem-solving skills for decision-making with limited information.
