As a member of the global Marketing team, this role will help drive the evolution of our brand, working to bring our new tone of voice and brand positioning to life across multiple channels and formats.
What We Are Looking For
- Demonstrable experience writing for architecture and design firms/ about the built environment.
- Demonstrable experience writing to brand and tone of voice guidelines across different channels and formats.
- Excellent organisational skills and multitasking ability.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in journalism, English, communications, or related discipline.
- Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides.
- Have demonstrable experience and passion for writing about architecture and design.
- Be comfortable working with, and alongside designers. Excited by their work and the prospect of helping them to be open and communicative about their point of view, ethos and style.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times.
- Be adept at varying the voice, style, and other characteristics of messaging based on the target audience, medium, channel & purpose.
- Be a confident self-starter, comfortable speaking to people at all levels in the business in multiple locations and time-zones.

Key Responsibilities
- Working with our newly created brand positioning strategy and tone of voice guidelines to both evolve and create original copy for our website, including ‘About us’ pages, hero case studies and project pages.
- Contributing to and creating content for a range of marketing and communications materials including credentials documents and publications.
- Writing short-form journalistic articles informed by conducting interviews with our technical leads, covering design approach, project insight and industry trends.
- Writing internal communications messaging for our global CEO and senior team leads.
- Maintaining and evolving a library of standard written bid content, including CV bios.
- Supporting the team in developing pitch presentations and client-facing materials.
