Michael Kors is seeking a creative Copywriter for our London office. You will craft copy for website refreshes, emails, and product pages, while upholding brand voice across all digital touchpoints.

You’ll collaborate with Ecommerce, Marketing, CRM and SEO teams, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced calendar, and contribute to long-term content strategy with a strong eye for SEO and storytelling.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of copywriting experience in fashion, lifestyle, or ecommerce.
• Native English writing and editing skills with digital/ecommerce copy experience.
• Strong sense of fashion, trends, and brand storytelling with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Write and refine copy for website refreshes: homepages, category pages, product pages.

Department Overview:

Our Ecommerce team shapes how the brand shows up online, from the homepage and product pages to the emails customers receive every day. Sitting within the Ecommerce function and working closely with Marketing, Design, and CRM, this role helps turn ideas, products, and campaigns into clear, confident, on-brand copy across every digital touchpoint.

What You’ll Do

• Write and refine copy for website refreshes, including homepages, landing pages, category pages, and product detail pages
• Craft engaging email copy for daily campaigns, promotions, and automated journeys
• Develop copy for new site features and ecommerce experiences
• Create SEO-optimised content that balances brand voice with performance
• Proofread and QA daily email campaigns, ensuring flawless execution
• Maintain and evolve the brand’s tone of voice across all digital touchpoints
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Design, Marketing, CRM, and SEO teams to develop and refine brand and campaign strategy
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced fashion calendar

You’ll Need to Have:

• 4+ years of copywriting experience, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or ecommerce
• Native English writing and editing skills, proven experience writing for digital and ecommerce platforms, and a solid understanding of SEO copywriting best practices
• A strong sense of fashion, trends, and brand storytelling, with exceptional attention to detail and confidence in proofreading
