Join our Team!

We are excited to be recruiting for a Dental Nurse/Treatment Coordinator to join our team at City Dental by Clyde Munro, working 4 days per week, Tuesday to Friday.

City Dental is located in Glasgow City Centre, with a wide range of nearby amenities including shops and cafes. The practice is easily accessible by car and public transport, with Glasgow Central and Queen Street stations within walking distance.

Your Role

This role involves chairside dental nursing combined with managing specialist treatment plans as a treatment coordinator. You will support daily activities within the practice and surgeries, ensuring excellent patient care while adhering to clinical and health & safety guidelines.

Other duties include:

• Creating a welcoming environment for patients to feel at ease
• Using the Software of Excellence system to maintain accurate patient records
• Monitoring referrals to ensure timely follow-up
• Preparing the surgery for each treatment stage to maximize efficiency
• Anticipating the needs of clinicians and patients, ensuring lab work and equipment are ready
• Monitoring stock levels to ensure availability
• Undertaking reception duties such as answering calls, booking appointments, and collecting charges

About You

• GDC registration is essential
• Existing sedation qualification or willingness to obtain one is desirable
• Experience in Private or NHS practices is preferred
• Committed to providing high-quality patient care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Enthusiastic with a desire to learn and develop skills
