Job Description:

This role involves working within the delivery team to ensure the completion of annual tax compliance work, assisting with planning opportunities, and delivering services to a diverse client portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality client service and managing a portfolio including sole traders, partners, HNWIs, non-UK domiciliaries/residents, partnerships, and trusts.
  • Handling compliance tasks such as accounts, tax returns, and tax computations, ensuring all beneficial elections and claims are made.
  • Identifying planning opportunities, preparing reports, attending client meetings, and responding to client inquiries.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal procedures, maintaining client information, billing, and time tracking.
  • Participating in training, supporting colleagues, and engaging in business development activities.

Qualifications and Key Skills:

  • ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in a professional services environment with knowledge of personal tax compliance and some planning/advisory exposure.
  • Strong planning, communication, customer focus, teamwork, and technical skills.
