Capita, via the Selborne programme, is recruiting a Coppersmith/Pipefitter Trainer based at HMS Sultan, Portsmouth, to mentor Royal Navy engineers and deliver skilled trades training. This full-time role (37.5 hours, term-time 45 weeks) requires security clearance (SC) and a Level 3 Engineering certificate, plus IT proficiency and hands-on Coppersmith/Pipefitter skills.
You will update training materials, assess learners, and help modernise training delivery while meeting KPIs and safety

This role is offered on a term time basis working 45 weeks per year, with non-working weeks taken 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter and 3 weeks in August. The salary will therefore be pro rata’d and calculated to include contractual annual leave entitlement and bank holidays.
