Job description

We are looking to employ an experienced copier field engineer for our Horsham based client.

Your area will be Basingstoke, Reading, and West London.

Responsibilities include:

1. Calling on customers to service and repair Canon, Kyocera, Konica, and Minolta copiers and printers.
2. Working from home, averaging 2-3 calls a day, visiting clients in your region.
3. First call is at 9.00am.

Requirements:

1. An understanding of print management software such as Papercut, P-Counter, or Uniflow systems.
2. Familiarity with TCP/IP, Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, and DHCP.
3. Customer-facing and personable skills.
