The Peninsula London is seeking a Coordinator for our Room Service department. This role is vital to guest experience, providing discreet yet high-quality dining service in guests' private rooms.

Key responsibilities include having excellent menu knowledge, interacting with guests to offer friendly and personalized service, and maintaining high service standards typical of The Peninsula Hotels.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Perform pre- and post-service procedures, handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally with support from supervisors and managers.
  2. Accurately process guest orders and requests via various mediums, ensuring understanding and correct service flow.
  3. Possess exceptional menu knowledge, including allergens and preferences, and understand food and beverage items thoroughly.
  4. Utilize hotel systems for order processing, payments, and reservations, ensuring accuracy.
  5. Manage inventory, amenities, minibar requirements, and ensure proper circulation of service items.
  6. Attend all scheduled meetings and training sessions.
