About the Role and Team

Reporting to the Manager – DTC Content Ops, this role is responsible for managing the delivery of high-quality, value-for-money TV and feature materials to Disney’s Direct-to-Consumer platforms, primarily Disney+. You will work across D+ EMEA Originals, EMEA Acquisitions, and Disney-branded content.

Relevant experience in content production, localisation, mastering, and digital distribution within the supply chain pipeline is essential. The role requires the ability to multi-task, manage a high volume of work, and remain calm under pressure. Strong customer focus and communication skills are critical. Project management skills, attention to detail, and organisational ability are highly valued. The role involves collaboration, participation in team and stakeholder meetings, and cross-functional work across studio operations.

What You Will Do


Key Responsibilities

  • Raise accurate and timely orders for the creation and delivery of audio, video, artwork, and metadata for specific titles in multiple languages, ensuring creative consistency and cost control.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet localised asset production schedules and delivery timelines.
  • Manage content delivery with third-party vendors and licensors, ensuring technical specifications are met.
  • Maintain records of material delivery status and flag potential issues.
  • Track project progress using internal systems and reporting tools.
  • Identify available elements within Disney systems and request asset movements as needed.
  • Handle purchase/work orders, vendor invoice queries, and support cost management.
  • Address QC failures, rejections, recall notifications, and arrange for updated or replacement materials.
  • Manage workflow and tasks within SLA timelines.
  • Provide production schedules to vendors and participate in calls and onboarding.
  • Suggest improvements to workflows and systems.
  • Participate in projects to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
Other General Activities
  • Attend and contribute to team, vendor, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Collaborate with Studio Operations and global Disney stakeholders.
  • Support vendor billing resolution with TWDC Accounts Payable.
  • Stay informed on digital media technology trends and studio tools.
  • Participate in system testing and provide feedback.
  • Deliver training and cover colleagues during absences.
  • Maintain relationships and adhere to Disney’s core values and processes.
  • Develop knowledge of product slate, media formats, territories, and market dynamics.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in TV/Non-Linear Distribution, Postproduction, or Digital Media Operations.
  • Understanding of UHD and digital file technologies.
  • Experience with QC analysis and corrective actions is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of multitasking.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Docs, Slack, Smartsheet, Airtable.
  • Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and adapt.

Additional Information

This is an office-based role, requiring 4 days in the office and 1 remote day (Monday or Friday).
