Job Description

About the Role:

You will support the UK Business Development (BD) Department and Regional VP Europe. Additionally, you will serve as the Office Manager for CIMA UK, reporting to the Director, Business Development UK, with a hybrid work schedule.

You Will:

  • Act as the central contact for the UK region, supporting the UK BD team.
  • Coordinate BD staff meetings, including facilities and technical support.
  • Manage BD events such as career fairs, including staffing, training, scheduling, logistics, and guidance.
  • Monitor shared inboxes and handle inquiries.
  • Analyze and share feedback and trend reports with the UK BD department.
  • Manage employer exam results data and distribute results.
  • Create and distribute partner certificates.
  • Coordinate with the Training & Development team in the UK.
  • Serve as the CRM/Dashboard and Salesforce super-user, providing training to new staff.
  • Provide administrative support, including travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and high-profile event planning.
  • Process invoices and manage budgets.
  • Occasionally work evenings or weekends around key events.

You Have:

  • Experience in office management and administration.
  • Skills in event planning and managing high-profile meetings.
  • Background in customer service or event management.
  • Experience working with multiple partners, including senior colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to manage schedules for oneself and others.
