Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate and commercial markets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Generate a high-quality sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Deliver tailored, impactful client presentations and proposals addressing business needs.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design effective AV solutions.
- Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and emerging AV technologies.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to generate leads and represent the company.
Required Attributes
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within AV or technology integration.
- Proven success in winning new business and achieving sales targets.
- Strong “hunter” mentality — proactive, self-driven, entrepreneurial.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop long-term relationships with C-level clients and influencers.
- Commercially savvy with a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach.
- Confident, personable, and effective in engaging prospects both in person and virtually.
- Knowledge of AV technologies and project lifecycle is advantageous.
