  • Optional overtime when cover is required.
  • Organised and adaptable to various situations.
  • Understand the importance of excellent customer service and the needs of older people.
  • Basic computer skills; experience with Outlook and Excel is beneficial, training will be provided.

About the role

Our goal is to create a community where residents feel empowered, safe, and respected. Our staff provide friendly service, ensuring residents enjoy home-cooked meals in a clean, warm environment, allowing them to live comfortably and peacefully.

You will ensure residents' wellbeing and safety, acting as the first point of contact for issues, investigating, and escalating when necessary. Budget management and basic computer skills are advantageous, but full training and support will be provided.

Additional information

This role requires eligibility to work in the UK, two satisfactory employment references, and a Standard DBS check, the cost of which will be covered by Abbeyfield. You may need to disclose any convictions; failure to do so may result in employment being revoked.
