Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food following federal, state, and corporate standards and guidelines, ensuring quality service at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality food according to recipes and instructions to meet schedules.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation. Taste all food items.
• Use established ticket procedures during service and maintain records.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and proper storage of food and supplies.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Assist in planning, record keeping, and ordering supplies.
• Report maintenance issues or accidents immediately.
• Attend safety and in-service meetings.
• Maintain good relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Follow safety standards such as HACCP and proper handling procedures.

Safety and Policies: Use appropriate protective gear when handling equipment or hot items. Follow all safety policies and procedures.
