• Erfahrung in der Zubereitung von Speisen in einem geschäftigen Restaurant.
• Fähigkeit, kreative Gerichte zu kreieren und gleichzeitig spezifische Vorgaben zu befolgen.

Responsibilities

• Zubereitung und Präsentation von Speisen schnell und effizient.
• Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchenchef und anderen Köchen zur Vorbereitung von Mahlzeiten.
• Überwachung der Portionsgröße und Abfallmanagement.

Job description

Full Time 30 Hours - Fully Flexible Including Weekends

We are looking for a skilled Cook to prepare delicious meals according to the menu. You will cook dishes that delight our customers with their taste and timely delivery.

An excellent Cook must be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals. They should be deft in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. Experience with various ingredients and cooking techniques is also important.

The goal is to help preserve and enhance our reputation so we can expand our clientele.

• Experience working in a busy kitchen.

• Remain calm under pressure.
• Good time management.
• Level 2 basic food hygiene is an advantage.

Duties include:

• Receiving deliveries.
• Food preparation.
• Producing specials.
• Preparing, cooking, and presenting food quickly and efficiently to a high standard.
• Monitoring portion size and waste.
• Collaborating with the Chef and Cooks to prepare meals.
• Maintaining a pantry stock record.
• Restocking the pantry and fridge or freezer as necessary.
