About HC-One

At HC-One, kindness is more than a word. It is a belief that caring for people means caring about what matters most to them so we can support them to lead their best possible life.

To provide the kindest possible care, there are five values or qualities that everyone who is part of the HC-One team demonstrates, supports, and coaches in each other every day. We call these five qualities Kindness the HC-One Way: We are curious—asking questions, looking for clues, and seeking to understand; compassionate—walking in the shoes of others; creative—using imagination to make things happen; courageous—supporting residents to live the life they want; and counted on—being reliable.

We champion inclusivity, fostering a workplace where everyone feels valued and can be themselves. Our diverse and inclusive workforce allows us to learn from each other and better serve the communities we work in.

Our dedicated, professional colleagues strive to deliver outstanding care. We support their professional and personal growth through robust career pathways, CPD, and postgraduate programmes. HC-One invests in your development with opportunities to progress into regional and national roles.

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. It’s important to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the procedures to report concerns. All colleagues must attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and seek advice or escalate concerns when necessary.

We’ll provide full training, offering a great opportunity to learn new skills. In return, you will enjoy a wide range of benefits to support your well-being, including:

  • Higher than average pay rates
  • Paid Enhanced DBS/PVG
  • Free uniform
  • Company pension scheme
  • 28 days annual leave including bank holidays
