Role Responsibilities:

• Preparing varied, nutritious, and tasty meals, considering individual dietary requirements
• Providing special diets as necessary
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Preparing and serving meals efficiently
• Guiding and coaching kitchen team members
• Managing stock control, replenishment, and ordering
• Ensuring Food Hygiene and Safety standards are met, with proper documentation

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience as a Cook, with the ability to accommodate various dietary needs
• Relevant Food Hygiene Certificates
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
