Job summary

Thomas Franks Ltd is seeking a talented Cook to join our team at a prestigious London location. You will prepare meals for breakfast and lunch service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following our brand standards.

A strong team ethic and excellent customer service are essential. This role is based at a co-educational preparatory school in Southgate, London, offering term-time hours with 42 weeks and Monday to Friday work.

Responsibilities

• To work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch & hospitality.
• To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the company's brand standards.
• Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed. Experience of pot wash duties would be an advantage

Knowledge / competencies:

• Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred

A co-educational preparatory school for approximately 200 pupils and teachers, located in Southgate, London. We offer a core feeding of snacks and lunch with limited hospitality. This is a term-time only role working 42 weeks and operates Monday to Friday. There is ample free street parking sround this location. We are looking for a talented Cook to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in London.
