Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Preparing nutritious, home-cooked meals considering individual dietary needs
• Providing special diets when necessary
• Cleaning and washing up post-meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness
• Serving meals and guiding kitchen staff
• Managing stock control, replenishment, and ordering
• Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met, with proper documentation

Candidate Requirements:

Applicants should have experience as a Cook, with the ability to cater to various dietary requirements. Relevant qualifications, Food Hygiene Certificates, and knowledge of food safety regulations are essential.
