Job summary

MPA Recruitment is recruiting a Band 3 Cook for the Northern Health and Social Care Trust in Northern Ireland. The role involves preparing meals in a busy healthcare catering setting, adhering to hygiene and nutritional standards, and supporting café service.

You will join a dedicated catering team, work on a Monday–Sunday rota with various shifts, and contribute to high-quality meal preparation in a Trust environment.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Food Preparation or equivalent.
• Intermediate Food Hygiene qualification.
• HACCP training or knowledge of food safety controls.
• Previous cooking or catering experience.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to working Monday to Sunday shifts.
