Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and courteous customer service in support of "Run the Best Store in Town!"
• Maintain a positive attitude, creating a friendly and fun environment through teamwork and flexibility.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Prepare all food for the Food Service department according to guidelines.
• Produce quality food and products exceeding customer and company expectations.
• Prepare grill orders, slice meats and cheeses.
• Assist in proper product rotation and maintain good code dates.
• Manage stock and follow food safety procedures.
• Keep workstations clean and organized.
• Assist in ordering supplies and ensure packaging compliance.
• Cross-training in multiple areas is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Food service experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to meet physical, mental, and visual demands.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform routine tasks.
• Reliable attendance and adherence to scheduled shifts.
