The Legal Manager leads a team to deliver high-quality conveyancing services, focusing on day-to-day performance, people development and consistent delivery against KPIs and service standards. Hybrid working available with a competitive package including a starting salary of £54,000

Qualifications

• Must be a Qualified Solicitor (SRA), Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) or Cilex or nearly qualified (in next 6–12 months).
• Working knowledge of CLC regulatory principles and Code of Conduct.
• Practical experience handling freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Ability to supervise and support others in conveyancing work.
• Competent user of core systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Property Lawyers and Conveyancing Executives.
• Set clear performance expectations aligned to KPIs and service standards.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews and development discussions.
• Responsible for onboarding and training of new starters.
• Maintain high standards of file quality and client care while managing risks.
