Are you a skilled conveyancer with a passion for new build properties? I am looking for a dedicated Residential New Build Conveyancer to join a team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience handling the legal aspects of new home purchases, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Manage the conveyancing process for residential new build developments from start to finish
Liaise with developers, clients, mortgage lenders, and estate agents to ensure smooth transactions
Conduct thorough property searches, review contracts, and advise clients on legal matters
Handle completion and post-completion processes efficiently and accurately
