A well established and respected law firm in Sheffield is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its established property team.

You will handle a varied caseload of residential property sales and purchases, managing your own files from instruction through to completion and providing clear guidance to clients within a supportive, professional environment.

Qualifications

• You will be a qualified Solicitor with previous experience in Residential Conveyancing.
• Experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload including sales and purchases.
• Strong organisation, time management and client-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of residential property sales and purchases including freehold and leasehold.
• Manage your own caseload from instruction through to completion and post completion.
• Review contracts, title documents and property searches; raise and respond to enquiries.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors; meet exchange and completion deadlines.
• Provide clear legal advice and maintain strong client relationships.

A well established and respected law firm inSheffieldis looking to recruit an experiencedResidential Conveyancing Solicitorto join its established property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for aResidential Property Solicitor or Conveyancing Solicitorlooking to manage a varied caseload ofresidential property sales and purchaseswhile working within a supportive and professional team.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for their own caseload and will deal with clients throughout the conveyancing process, from initial instruction through to completion and post completion.

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload ofresidential property sales and purchases, including freehold and leasehold transactions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing your own caseload ofresidential property sales and purchases
• Acting for buyers and sellers throughout the conveyancing process
• Handlingfreehold and leasehold residential property transactions.
• Reviewing and advising on contracts, title documentation and property searches
• Raising and responding to enquiries
• Liaising with Clients, Estate Agents, Lenders and other Solicitors
• Managing exchange and completion deadlines
• Dealing with mortgages and lender requirements.
• Handlingcompletion and post completionmatters
• Providing clear and practical legal advice throughout each transaction
• Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent client care

About You

You will be aqualified Solicitorwith previous experience inResidential Conveyancing.

You will ideally have:

• Experience handling a fullresidential conveyancing caseload
• Strong experience dealing with bothsales and purchases
• Knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Experience managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion
• Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• The ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team
