A conveyancing solicitor or legal executive is sought to bolster my client’s already extremely well-established residential property department in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.

This is a full time, permanent role offering great work life balance and the chance to work hybrid/flexibly.

With a traditional yet modern culture, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and ambitious residential conveyancing solicitor (or legal executive or licensed conveyancer) to join one of the region’s most reputable law firms.

Your new role will see you manage your own caseload of (low volume) residential conveyancing transactions, including:

• Sale & purchase
• Leasehold & freehold
• Auctions
• New build
• Right to buy
• Shared ownership etc

You will also have support from a full-time specialist legal assistant.
