Job summary

G2 Legal Limited in Newcastle city centre is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join a quality-focused property team. You will independently manage a broad residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, with autonomy and a focus on delivering a personal service.

This role offers a £35,000+ salary (DOE) with hybrid working, lower-volume, higher-value casework, and strong administrative support in a friendly, supportive environment that promotes good work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5+ years of conveyancing experience.
• Ability to manage a broad residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong client care, organisation and communication skills.
• Experience across a range of residential property transactions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Independently managing a broad residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion


• Handling a varied mix of transactions rather than focusing on one specific area


• Delivering a high-quality, personal service to clients throughout their transaction


• Working alongside experienced Conveyancers, Solicitors and dedicated support staff

About You:

• Will have around 5 years’+ conveyancing experience


• Confident running a caseload independently with minimal supervision


• Broad residential property experience across a range of transactions


• Strong client care, organisation and communication skills


• Formal legal qualification is not essential – experience and capability are more important
