We are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join an established legal team based in Cramlington.

This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancing professional who is confident managing their own caseload and taking residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Conveyancer or Conveyancing Fee Earner who can work independently and take ownership of their caseload.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on conveyancer who can hit the ground running, manage their own files and keep transactions progressing efficiently.

You’ll be confident dealing with clients, identifying potential issues and working proactively with other parties to get matters through to completion.

This role would suit a Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner looking for their next opportunity in Cramlington.
