A well-established law firm with offices throughout Kent is seeking a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor with 3+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) to join their growing residential conveyancing team.

The Conveyancing Solicitor's Role

The successful Conveyancing Solicitor will be responsible for managing a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions. This will include handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and dealing with the associated legal processes such as title checking, stamp duty procedures, and managing searches and enquiries. The role requires strong organisational skills to ensure smooth and timely progression of cases from instruction through to completion.

The Conveyancing Solicitor

To be considered for this role, the Conveyancing Solicitor must have extensive experience in residential conveyancing. You will need to be highly organised, capable of managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision, and possess excellent client-facing skills. The ability to prioritise tasks effectively, work proactively, and maintain a high level of technical competence is essential. The ideal candidate will be disciplined, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
