Belfast Law Firm seeks a Solicitor to join their Conveyancing team, advising private individuals, developers, investors, landlords, tenants and commercial clients on residential property matters.

• Manage transactions from instruction through to completion, drafting and negotiating legal documentation.

Job description

We are working with a law firm based in Belfast for a Solicitor to join their Conveyancing team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a growing Conveyancing team advising private individuals, developers, investors, landlords, tenants and commercial clients on a broad range of residential property matters. The team provides advice across property transactions, portfolio management and development projects, supporting clients through every stage of the property lifecycle.

The role involves advising on residential conveyancing, including property sales and purchases, remortgages and equity release, lease negotiations, lease renewals, rent reviews and property portfolio management. The successful candidate will manage transactions from instruction through to completion, draft and negotiate legal documentation.
