Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to settlement.
• Advise on purchases, sales and refinancing; submit offers and negotiate missives.
• Examine title, prepare dispositions and standard securities; handle LBTT returns.
• Register titles with Registers of Scotland and act as main client contact.
