Job summary

Eventus Legal seeks a Conveyancing Paralegal to manage a residential conveyancing caseload from our Northampton office. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary guideline up to £35,000 depending on experience, 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays and a birthday day off, with support from an experienced solicitor.

You will work across freehold and leasehold matters, progressing files from instruction to completion within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential conveyancing files independently.
• Experience with freehold and leasehold sales.
• Ability to work collaboratively and seek senior support when needed.
• Interest in purchase transactions with in-house training available.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of residential conveyancing, focusing on sales and purchases.
• Take client instructions, perform ID and AML checks, and maintain records.
• Draft sale contracts and prepare supporting documents for each transaction.
• Handle enquiries on sale files and obtain information to reply to queries.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors and third parties as transactions progress.
