Job summary

Clifton Ingram is seeking an experienced full-time Paralegal to join our busy Residential Conveyancing team in Farnham. A minimum of 2 years' experience is required, with a solid grasp of conveyancing from instruction to post-completion. Tikit Partner for Windows experience would be beneficial.

The role demands excellent client care, strong organisation, and the ability to work autonomously within a supportive team, handling multiple priorities in a modern IT environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes from instruction to post- completion.
• Excellent client care skills and ability to work in a busy team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Residential Conveyancing team on a varied caseload.
• Open files and ensure compliance throughout matters.
• Draft contract packs and deal with post-exchange administration.
• Prepare Certificates of Title (COTs) and carry out final searches.
• Submit SDLT returns and AP1 applications.
• Liaise with estate agents, lenders and solicitors.
• Assist fee earners from instruction through to completion and post-completion.
• Handle audio and copy typing as required.
• Manage diary and multiple priorities efficiently.
